As a young man, he worked at Plant Maintenance. He eventually started a construction business which he and his brother and partner, Mike have been running for years now. As his health began to fail in the last few years, he leaned heavily on his sister Donna who was a great help to him. He has three children and eight grandchildren. He loved racing and working on race cars. He was a member of the City of Refuge Church. He is preceded in death by his parents, Billy Joe and Peggy Jolly. He is survived by his two daughters, Katrina Douglas and Nicole Labermeier (Eric); a son, Jason Jolly; two sisters, Pam Holmes and Donna Webb (Don); one brother, Mike Jolly (Shelley); eight grandchildren, Joseph, Georgia Douglas, Jay and Abby Jolly, Chloe, Calleigh, Connor, and Caitlyn Twisdale.

Psalm 91:1-2

will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.[
will say of the LORD, β€œHe is my refuge and my fortress,
my God, in whom I trust.”
